waha Posted December 5, 2013 Seeing as they're a Japanese company I'm pretty sure they will block/ban you for just opening a dispute. "The customer is always wrong" is the mantra of a Japanese company after all.
Amber Posted December 5, 2013 A loooooooooooooooong time ago whenever I had won Moe (second version) from Volks when the DDIII bodies had first come out and their internal shoulders were breaking... It took mine a few months to break, and I emailed Volks because I had been reading that a lot of people were having their dolls break as well. It took probably about a month of emailing them EVERY single day, but eventually they finally responded. When they replied they said that they would not do anything because I did not email them within 15 days of getting my doll. They said that it has been too long and was not a fault of the doll, and it felt as though they were implying that I broke her by mistreating her. So I gathered up links to the topics that had been made about the dolls breaking and emailed it back to them. It took me resending this email (with the links and photo proof) a few times, probably about a week, and then they finally sent me a replacement part for no charge. What was interesting is that after I sent them the photos from myself and from other people who had their dolls break, their responses got a bit more friendly... I don't know if they will block or ban you because I did not open a PayPal dispute... All I can really offer is that you keep emailing them relentlessly and hopefully they will reply to you. They sent me a part and it had been literally months after Moe came out. You just got your Momo not that long ago, so hopefully they will help you out as well. Nekopon Posted December 5, 2013 That seems weird since they gave me replacement parts right after I emailed them about my Asuna on the first release. Their response was within 48 hours. Perhaps they're busy?
