Semi-white skin for Obitsu's?

I was curious ~ white DD skin is too pale for Obitsu bodies, and Normal is a shade too dark. So would it make sense for a Semi-White DD Skin tone to match Obitsu? I might end up risking it but wanted to know what your guys opinions were x

I can give you a proper answer on Saturday, as Migon is bringing a SWS part over to me so I can compare it with both regular WS and the Obitsu bodies. ^_^

I think the match is not that good. Obitsu white is more peachy, and SWS is more pink. I was hoping to buy SWS hands for my Obitsu hybrid, but I have to reconsider...

I took a couple pictures. I think it's not a *bad* match, but it doesn't look any closer than the other skin tones do (in my opinion). It'll work okay, but it's not the perfect solution some of us were hoping for.

Hope you don't mind if I add a few more pictures (cause I find more pictures always helps with these kind of comparisons~) I agree with Yukamina - Semi White Skin is a bit too pale & pinkish in person, Obitsu WS has a peachy-yellow tone.

I see what you mean >_< Thanks for the photos. My friend wants to buy an 07 head but there's only one in SWS or WS. I think it *could* work but ... I'm not sure. Do you think it could work? Or is DD NS a better match?

Hm, it was interesting to see images of all the skin tones put together. There's been a lot of conflicting information from the research I've done--some say that normal skin matches perfectly with Obitsu white, others say that white is better. One person blushed a white skin DD to match the Obitsu white, so I suppose a little difference with semi-white is nothing a good faceup can't fix.

I find that faceups often darkens the head a little with all the pastel goodness XD

Not to mention that different batches can lead to minor color differences, so the obitsu body just might match one the three skin tones
