SakuraSylph Posted December 9, 2013 I don't think anyone outside of Japan can "subscribe" to Volks News, and have it automatically delivered to them. Issues are for sale at VolksUSA, but you have to order each one individually as VolksUSA gets it in stock, just like any other product they sell.
