GreenDragon Posted December 19, 2013 (edited) Chou arrived two days ago and since she is my first DD I have nothing for her yet She's being pretty good about it so far, but I better hurry and get her some clothes and shoes and toys and a camera and books and a sister or two. I was amazed at how large these girls are in person, even tho I knew how tall she would be, it doesn't hit home until you have her in your hands. It's good to hear she's fine without having a lot of stuff to mess about with right now! Some girls are kind of picky about stuff like that so you got lucky. Just give her time and let her play with some of your stuff and she will be fine. As long as you give her attention and love, she'll give it all back to you plus more! Congrats again! I collect resin bjd's so her size wasn't a surprise, what surprised me was how incredible the vinyl feels and looks and how alive she is. She is being a patient girl about not having anything of her own. I did give her a vintage piece of lacy fabric and she has wrapped it around herself and will not let go. clothes are on the way, and I have a special Christmas gift wrapped and under the tree for her. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Yep, vinyl is a huge difference compared to resin... all the local people here who had never seen a DD in person before were amazed at how light they are and at how "warm" they seem to be compared to resin.
