Changing your shipment info on Volks orders

Yoho guys!

I don't know if anyone have any experience with this but it's worth asking. /:

 

This autumn I pre-orderd the Hatsune Miku DD, but I had a bit of a problem with how I should pre-order her. The thing is that I had applied for a university in Osaka, and I was patiently awaiting their answer. But since I didn't want to lose a chance on getting Miku I played it safe and ordered her to my address here in Sweden (Since I didn't know if I would make it into the school, plus I've yet to know which address I'm gonna live at).

 

But well, now I got the mail that says that I got accepted, so I will be moving to Osaka in April next year. And as you all may understand I would very much prefer if Volks could send Miku there. ):

 

However I have mailed Volks 2 times since Friday last week and I haven't received any kind of reply yet, and I am worried that they won't be able to change my order....Have anyone else been in this kind of situation, and have Volks been able to help out then? /: I don't want to cancel my order just change address to another country.....

You ordered on Volks International, correct?

 

I've changed the addresses on Preorders before in my account settings and they shipped it to the most current address on file.

Yes I did. O: I went to my account to the Miku order and there I can't change my address. Gonna check out account settings then!

 

I got a bit scared since my friends told me Volks is REALLY against doing stuff like that. ; n ;

I changed the address on my Momo preorder, and it went through just fine . I wouldn't worry too much if I were you.

This is the first time I have pre-ordered anything from them and I don't want anything to go wrong. ;___;
