Little Known Personal DD Facts

I thought it would be fun to share some fun facts about our DD, how they came about, who truly came first, or just whatever entertaining memories that were stashed away and forgotten about.

Naiomi was never intended to be a WS, I originally never wanted one. She was only a WS because Yuriko was, and Naiomi's faceup was intended to be practice before I did Yuriko's. I was fully expecting to wipe it off once I was done, but after seeing her finished I just couldn't do it. A week or two later we ordered a new head for Yuriko.

 

If Rainie, Ringo, and Ralph's sibling order was based on when we bought the heads they ended up with instead of when their characters appeared, Ralph would be the oldest (Rainie's original head became his), Ringo would be next, and Rainie last because I had to buy and mod a new head before sending her off to Anouc. Even from the beginning Ringo couldn't excape being the middle child!

 

Tama and I are both glad that the days are gone when he was constantly assumed to be a girl. Little did I know that I'd have 3 more boys in the works less than 2 years after he arrived! Naiomi has yet to give up on dressing her little brothers in girl's clothes. Ralph hasn't been attacked with lace and ruffles yet, but it seems to only be a matter of time.

- Little Facts about Varakitsu:

 

- Vara was stuck in my mind for a couple of years before I could finally summon her into a Dollfie body. She came about from my interest in high quality fox and cat (kitsunemimi & nekomimi) art on various art sites, even before I knew there was a fan-group or similar for them...some even having nasty personalities when conversed with. Someone joked around about how I love kemonomimi that they drew a little white 9-tailed fox personifying my thoughts into that fox. I then twisted that into a happy humanoid foxy.

 

- The whole "Arctic Kitsune" name was actually supposed to be Vara's generic name. I'm now stuck using her generic name as my own because I couldn't plan, nor could I come up with a proper name until now. I'm even still trouble by the naming skills..... I feel silly because I keep being mistaken as a female .

 

- Her name supposed to mean Vulpes Arctic Fox mixing the scientific/Higher Classification name of Vulpes and with the Japanese word "Kitsune". It instead sounds like I stole it from Cuba's Varadero or even a Shinki's name of Sharatang. There is even a town in Sweden named Vara

 

- She's supposed to be wielding two or more swords, one of which is her normal "standard" sword (fox's fang) and another being her more.....powerful higher-tier sword. Might see one or both by her March 06th first birthday?

 

- I wasn't supposed to jump into Dollfies but Vara made me simply because I couldn't draw. DD Saber sparked a flame in a dream and Pureneemo Caster fueled it heavily by showing me that I could get things customized for her by using commission services, which I'm still having trouble with. I did manage to get her a tail and ears, just need her swords and her main outfit (which I'm still not set on main design; Multiple main outfits at that).

 

- Varakitsu seems to have a stronger possession spell than Renge, most likely because of the whole personalization (original character) and that she's actually my own. Everything is always about Vara even though she really isn't real. I'm always thinking about Vara, shopping for her, and even wanting to do things with her (not in an ecchi manner) outdoors. She's my Renge and Renge is my Vara. They're both my precious.

 

- Thanks to Vara, a desire, and a dream I'm now seeking to summon a DD Yukikaze (Dog Days) and a DD Ahri (League of Legends). If I do manage to make either then that's awesome, and if not then that is still awesome.

Lets see....

 

In order of arrival is hatsuko, mariko, emiko and kiyoko (DD DDS MDD DD). Their age sorts them as hatsu kiyo mari and emi. Mariko was meant to be the first but i found and purchased hatsu while i waited for the lottery to begin. Hatsu is 10 days older than mari. Emi is also roughly 10 days older then kiyo. Maturity wise kiyo is the oldest. Emi is a close 2nd but she often reverts to being a child, often with hatsu's influence ^-^ Hatsu has issues with bust size. As the oldest she thinks hers should be the largest. Mariko has come out of the closet. The collecting closet of course - she has a nice collection of vases cups porclain etc items...
