Lady Arttuuria (and Audrey) gets her Miki on... (plentypics)

As the year comes to close, time for one last shoot for it..

 

This time digging up something from the past I havent actually photographed ever in its proper form.

 

When I say proper, Shino has had it on once for a photo, but due to its construction where the boots actually are bolted onto the bare foot innerpieces I never got around for actual poses.

 

So the time was to change that, and this time remembering my little green eyed lady for the occasion.

 

Thus Lady Arttuuria gets her Miki Hoshii on... and before you go mentioning that Miki should be blonde, yes.. but for this awakening color combination version she's actually a short haired brunette, for some unexplained reason.

 

The ahoge might be a bit excessive, but it was the closest thing I had on hand (left over from Delias Nagisa shots).

 

But hope you enjoy the shots as I did taking them, as there turned out more of them than I expected ^^;

Thank you. The hair color, as I mentioned is odd, but still accurate for this outfit. The Green/silver version is the more famous long haired blonde one.

I might a little geeky here, but bare with me.

 

No tricks, nor strings attached. But she's not really standing on one leg, so minor dissapointment there I guess.

 

As I mentioned in the beginning the legs are slightly modified, that the boots are bolted to the bare internal frame leg piece, but this does not really help in terms of balance, but might make the ankle a little tighter.

 

Its what i've dubbed the Tippy-toe pose, and i've done it before with melty and yonkko.

 

 

For some reason its much easier to do with a DDS/DD3, since the DD2 likes to collapse on itself in a spiral fashion when trying for it (I suspect its the miniscule slack in the hip beam). But with some patience and just the right ammount of preload on the toe-foot and the older girls can do it, if the ankles are tight enough.

 

 

In other news was requested elsewhere for some photos of Rise in this outfit, so watch out for additional omake...

mm, come to think of it the brown wig look makes a nice Frida too ... so with the blonde looking like agneta its both rolled into one... heh

 

(And dont sweat it.. I think we have a waterloo, and I think also Abba the album LPs at my moms place somewhere I grew up listening to...)

The wigs added ahoge was a fun accident, since it didnt quite want to work as a antenna-pair with Delias Nagisa intro and I sort of abandoned it, but is quite hilariously obvious as a single pointer.

Is it a custom outfit?

Yes, it is a custom outfit that I got from yahoo auctions, but its not a one-off.

 

I got it roughly four-five years ago, from a seller who's ID i've now forgotten (And i've misplaced the assembly instructions for the boots for clues...), but I do remember they did produce roughly five of both color combinations of this outfit, maybe more.

I love the Idolmaster outfit.

Second, that outfit is pure diamond. I just read the matter of the boots with her own skeleton, awesome ^^ I would sell a kidney for that blue awakening Miki outfit ^^

 

And again, Finnleo has extraordinary pose skills, the tiptoe tip is one I never used. Audrey is really beautiful and the pic spam is worthly because both Lady Arturia and her are superbeautiful ^^

Well poking around my auction history, youd probably get quite a few outfits for a kidney, since if I found the correct one it only cost 4000 yen apparently ^^; (Still no help for the sellers auction ID though...)

Thank you again, but as I said in the one flickr photo comments half joking half serious, posing for my stuff its only 30% practice, 30% experimentation, 30% stolen ideas, and 10% luck.

 

Eventhough I am quite happy and pleased with this set, there are times when im in awe at what some other people accomplish... hence the 30% stolen bits to see if I can replicate, and maybe add my own flavor to them.. heh.
