I have to agree, these shirts ARE pretty awesome. Thanks so much for the shirts SK! They're amazing in person and so well made!

Like it or not, Sprout's middle name is definitely "cute" and is becoming "more and more cute" with each story appearance! Her attitude about absolutely everything just totally cracks me up!!

Ha ha! She does hate being called cute but I think she secretly enjoys the attention she gets from her adoring sisters. She cracks me up too but sometimes she just needs to settle down a bit with her little bossy attitude.

Thanks! If you want shirts like the Sprout ones for your girls, don't worry! Sister Kyoya will be selling these shirts very soon! Once she gets things setup online, she'll make a post about where to buy them and how much they run. There was also a long sleeve version that I didn't show here that is just as nice as the ones I did show so no matter what style shirt your girls like, they'll have one!

I'm so happy that the shirts were so well received. I'm still exhausted from our trip and can't think properly at the moment, but I giggled and made other various happy noises while reading the story. Yukino with the bow on her head is SO adorable! I was a little shocked to see her in the crop top shirt! Even so she still looked super cute. Tama forgot to write that he helped with the gingerbread lady on the card that Mamimi is holding (and why it looks kinda wiggly.) It was really fun seeing who you chose to wear the Sprout shirts. If you ever feel like it, I'd love a pic of Elizabeth in the long sleeve version with Sprout in her Sheepeh shirt to show my real sister Elizabeth. I have been talking to her for so long about the Sprout shirts but she still keeps asking why I call them Sprout shirts. She likes dolls but the variety of DD confuse her sometimes I think.

 

Sprout is just as cute as I was hoping she'd be in the Sheepeh shirt. I'm really glad that the colors came out just as I hoped they would. Having Sheepeh's outline being black and everything else shades of gray, I was worried that they would all blend together and I'd have to get another version of the shirt to correct it. Plus the pink couldn't be more perfect for what I wanted! I'm also pleased to see that the color of the eyes on the shirts are so very close to what they should be.

 

Ikumi: Billy is right. Come hell or high water, I'm getting Naiomi's Closet open by Feb. 1, even if I just have tshirts, some basic skirts, and a limited time promo to start with (there should be more than just shirts though...) The Sprout shirts will be offered through Naiomi's Closet but only through a special link that will be posted on the forums. Many other shirt styles will be available through NC too, including the Sheepeh shirt! (Over time I plan on having lots of other clothes and outfits, I never intended to be solely a tshirt shop, it just happened to be what I started with. ) The only other thing I have to do this month is some belated Christmas photos, so I'll be putting in as much time as I can manage to get the site going. I've been so excited to share it with everyone for many months now and I can't wait for it to open!

SK is such an excellent gift/card giver I'm not surprised your girls loved their cards from her because I loved mine very much when it arrived in the mail! The only part I was sad about was that I couldn't actually eat the gingerbread lady since she looked so tasty Sprout looks awesome in her "Not Cute" Sheep shirt with Yukino & Mamimi at her sides in the "Sprout" shirts I already have Naiomi's Closet bookmarked for the day it opens up The other cards they got were very pretty as well As always Sprout's abuse towards littlebearries cracks me up

The shirts are well liked and were a huge hit with the younger girls who really like Sprout. As for Yukino and her crop top shirt, that girl has a killer body and she has NO clue she does. She wears things that she likes and pays no heed as to what they may look like on her or to others. I think it's one reason so many of my girls like her. She's totally oblivious to so many things that's it's adorable and endearing. And the reasons those two ( Mamimi and Yukino ) were there with Sprout to open your stuff is because I was hoping those shirts were included AND because those two were the ones who got the original Sprout Fan Club shirts a while back! I couldn't have anyone BUT my two main SFC girls wear those shirts first!

We were all extremely impressed with the sheep shirt! It was perfect in every way, especially since it has an attitude. The colors and style are great and it makes it even better that it's a sheep on there since Sprout loves her lambs! And yes, her eye color and the colors on the shirt eyes are almost a perfect match. That made me really happy to see how well it matched up.

It still cracks me up that you wrote how excited about it in the Christmas card you sent. I really appreciate the encouragement. I spent about 12 hours yesterday coding the webpage and getting more of the graphics completed, but I'm feeling like I'm really making some significant progress now that the layout is finally reaching my satisfaction. [perfection mode: enabled] I've got more fabric to order and designs to put together & get sewn before I'll know how many things I'll have to open with. Also finish testing out the MDD version of these shirts, as well as a more fitted version for the S bust DD girls. Even if I don't open with much, once I don't have the website to fight with I can work on new prints and patterns a lot more quickly. I love to doodle on shapes I already understand. Eventually I was hoping to find out if I could 3D model some new glasses for Naiomi and Kiyoteru and have them 3D printed since Spoonflower can do metal. It would be so awesome to have 3D printed stuff on the site!

 

One of the things I love about all this is it is so exciting getting fabric in the mail. Plus it is fun (but a bit surreal) seeing the clothes I made on someone else's girls. I love being so happy about my work that I'm sitting here grinning like a Cheshire cat before I even realize it.

Alright, I'll make a mental note of it. It will be a while before I'll have the M and L busts for the MDD and the DDS L & S busts I don't have yet either, but I do have a DD S bust and Raven will be getting Miku so the SS bust is already taken care of. Slowly but surely I'm getting there!
