Finally playing with my first girl! (I have questions...)

I finally got back from Mexico and have been able to play with Annie (who is in an unfortunate state of undress and doesn't seem to mind... I think I may have a nudist on my hands.), and I have some observations which lead to concerns which lead to "I should probably make sure this is supposed to be this way, I can't break my first DD within a week". I'm going to apologize ahead of time for my long-windedness, and Annie's nudity later in the thread. ): I'm sorry.

 

To start~ When her body (a DDII) first arrived, she was packed in several pieces and I asked my mother to assemble her for me so I could see her assembled to try and come up with a style for her (I posted the photo my mom sent me here, in case anyone was curious.). When I arrived home and finally pulled her down from her box, I was delighted to see that the match between body and head wasn't nearly as bad as the photo portrayed, but was a bit confused by something observed while moving her legs... It seems that moving her thighs in the hip sockets causes her upper torso to move slightly as well! Is this normal? I would hate to break her spine because of ignorance! I also wanted to make sure it's normal for slightly older bodies' legs to not be able to hold her legs up straight solidly. They'll stay, but they will gradually make their way down. Is there a way to tighten her up a bit without disassembling her?

 

Other than some slight bust gapping, which I was able to fix when I pulled her down to take photos for this thread of the aforementioned gapping (whoo!), I'm quite enamored with her! I worried for months that I wouldn't fall in love at first sight, and I totally did. I'd really like to take this opportunity to compliment faustbane, who I bought her from, on her adorable faceup. If I recall correctly she also made her eyes, which I also love! Thank you to everyone I bought things on the Marketplace for her as well for helping my little one come together!

 

So with all that said, I'd like to post a photo of her, even though it's not a great one, and she's a bit naked, since I did promise faustbane and all.

 

 

The camera fails to capture her pure cute. Hopefully after this weekend she will be dressed and ready to be introduced appropriately.
