The new and updated Maid Brigade!

Yes, you read that right! I know it's been ages since I did any updates to my maid battalion but it's been hard finding maid sets for ALL my girls. But after a very long time and LOTS of new girls, I've finally managed to get them all maid uniforms ( kind of ) and get them all together!

 

So now, let's see everyone and watch Rei give out weapons to her new maids!

 

PS. This will have to be split into two posts because I have added 13 girls since the last time I updated so there were LOTS of photos! Plus, I have to take the BIG photo of ALL 26 girls together to add as a bonus to the next post. I have to get yall worked up to see it!

 

On to the story!

 

Rei has called all the new girls into the kitchen to get ready for inspection and weapons detail. There were WAY more new maids than I thought!

Rei - "Now since Papa has not been quick with obtaining maid uniforms in a timely manner, we have a bit of an issue with space as you all can see."

"So we shall break this up into two teams of inductees. I need adoptees to form two groups, one group will be numbers 14 thru 19 and the second group will be 20 thru 26. Please divide up now and form a line for me in front."

I had some help from Nanoha in opening a portal to that place in order to aquire it. She was most helpful. Please accept this as a token of my gratitude and pride. I give you.... The Glaive."

R - "Yes, those are known as the Dragons Fangs. They are made of Unobtainium and were extremely difficult to forge. But they are razor sharp, will never lose their edge and are unbreakable."

After Fate made herself visible, Rei went off the deep end and dragged poor Fate off to conduct some experiments.... or something.

I really enjoyed reading this and looking at all of the pictures. So Fun Loved the back stories for the weapons, and was impressed with how you chose the right weapon for each of the Maids.

Hot dang that's adorable. I really love seeing the care and love that you have for everyone in your family. I dream of having a family like that someday! I also recently ordered matching maid outfits for Asuna and Kimiko (my MDD on the way)! Can't wait to see the next part!

This is one lethal meido-butai So many sharp and pointy "tools".

 

Finding maid outfits for all of them must have been real hard work. They look excellent though!

 

Rei certainly looks like she's in her right element when she puts on thet maid outfit.

Very nice! I did have to burst out laughing when Rei could suddenly see Fate. Poor girl's going to be interrogated now. She'll have to keep using her invisibility though, because Agatha totally wants those binoculars.

Rei sais you helped her open a portal to get that crazy ninja star thing for Reiko?

 

"I did? Oh. OH. Yeah. I was going to tell you about that. Don't worry though, Rei's trustworthy, the weapon's not an Intelligent Device, and if things get really ugly, Feito-chan can send it back to me."

 

Right. I'm more curious how she talked you into it in the first place.

You know what? I don't think I want to know.

Oh my! All those adorable MDD girls with big swords They could certainly fool any intruder into thinking they were sweet and innocent...

Thank you very much! I tried to do some cool background type stuff for weapons when I could. The Glaive is actually a weapon from the movie "Krull" so that one took no work. The other weapons were made by a friend of mine and he gave me some names and info for those so I used that when I could. As for who got what, it took some figuring to make sure things were matched up well with the girls. I'm glad I did well!

Thank you! I really appreciate you saying that it shows how I care about and love my girls! I do love them a ton and it makes me happy that people can see that in my stories. Thank you sir! These weapons have actually been here for a while, I was waiting to get everyone their maid sets before I showed any of the weapons. That's why this update took so long. And I'm glad you liked Fate appearing! Rei was so caught off guard, I had way more fun with that than I figured I would.

Ha ha! Thank you! Pointy can be dangerous but fun too. You're right, finding maid sets for all the girls was NOT easy and it took way longer than I thought it would. But to make sure they got what I wanted for them, I had to take my time and do it right. I'm glad I waited too because I'm VERY happy with how they all look in their uniforms. And yes, Rei is best when in her Battle Maid mode. She runs the house and does so very well when she's in her uniform. And I'm glad she does it too because when she does this, she's having fun.

I should have told you about Rei and Nanoha getting together on the Glaive but I figured Nanoha would have mentioned it to you once Rei asked for her help. Oops. Don't get mad at her tho, Rei is the one who started all this. Nanoha was just trying to help. And those binoculars *are* pretty badass. My mom got them for me 2 years ago and so far I haven't used them much. But this seemed a good use for them. They're American Girl and supposedly came with a camping set. Mom got them off ebay, not sure what they cost tho since they were a Christmas gift. Tell Agatha I'm glad she likes them but they'll have to stay here for now.

Heh, it's a secret! Actually, a friend of mine on FFM made all those swords, sai, Glaive and even the feather duster. He's very talented and I was amazed at how cool some of these weapons turned out. But if you think these are cool, just wait until tomorrow when you see something REALLY cool.

Well, you know Rei is all about science so when she's confronted with magic or sorcery, she doesn't quite know what to do. And as you saw, she gets SUPER excited and loses control of her proper speech patterns. I agree with you tho, being invisible is THE best power to have period. I need to see if Rei can figure out how to make it work so I can have her make ME invisible.

Heh, just because your girls are cute and sweet, it doesn't mean they won't enjoy some armaments! Just look at my little ones! Would you ever think that Kino would like a pair of sai? I certainly didn't! But she seems very happy with them. Same with Sprout, I never thought she'd like a weapon but she just adores that huge spear of hers.

 

Just give it a try, I'm sure your lovely ladies wouldn't mind some piece of mind when you and the hubby aren't around.
