I'm not really feeling any of these girls this time around, and Mariko as a DDS really confuses me...

I do like the pajamas that were featured in the Volks News, though!

Okies, I think I actually really want Mariko. I have a white skin L bust DDII (Chandra), so I don't /need/ that body type, but I can't stop thinking I really want her! Her face type is so cute, and if I have her expression, then I might not mind so much reface upping Chandra (I want to give her a more assertive face, but have been nervous about removing the beautiful Hikaru face up she already has).

 

But I've never ordered/entered a lottery before, even if she does become internationally available. How does it work?

I'm not quite sure on Millihiore, she is pretty cute, and has a really nice dress set, I can't help but feel she would look better with a different face-up. One thing I know for sure is I will enter for her other dress set, it looks just gorgeous ^_^

 

Other than that, I'm not really taken by Mariko, or any of the other dress sets either... though there is still time for that to change.

 

It has been a fair while since I've entered a lottery, so I don't really remember how it works, but it is pretty simple, and Volks do give plenty of guidance on the order page.

I like Mariko with her Magical Peach Dress Set, and the hair she has in the associated photos- Almost enough to consider trying to adopt her, since my next doll with likely be a DDS, MDD, or MSD.

The more I see of Mariko and Millhiore, the more I want one! I don't think I'll be able to get any more Dollfies right now though.

Extra in a combination of a couple of wintery outfits from Dolpa 26 off the DD blog.

Your memories of an After-Party event are true. It's a lottery entry, just like the US site though. If they don't sell out through the lottery, Volks Japan/International will have them up for order on the site as regular items. The chances of that seem pretty slim though.
