Sae and Rei-chan toured inside the campus buildings.

This is the inside of the Gonda building. The glass sculptures are made by famous artist Dale Chihuly.

There is a maze pattern in the carpet. If you are lost, you can find yourself again.

Sae looks so tiny.

I LOVE the Chihuly chandeliers!!! I've been a fan of his since the early 90's when I saw DVD's of his at my workplace. His glass works are just awesome.... I'd love to see some in person one day.

Sae and rei look really nice in these places, especially the "maze" area. Having just them in the center all alone was too cute. They really did look so small and delicate.

Ha ha! I have no idea why that sounds funny to me but it does.

I did take art for 4 years in high school and I went to college for Commercial Arts and Graphic Design. So yeah, I guess I'm a bit inclined. Ha ha!

Nice building, is that the one you work in?

I really like the color of Rei's dress. It's a nice complement to her hair..

Thank you, scripple. This is the Gonda building. It is close to our building, the Guggenheim. Gonda is mostly for outpatients. There are labs on the top couple of floors. The decor of the lobby areas outside those labs reminds me of a casino.

Very nice pics! My dad has a little wooden maze that looks like that one. You use a little ball to traverse it. I want to say it's called a labyrinth... I think it's based on a hedge maze in Europe.

Thank you, Galvatim. Is the wooden maze hard to conquer? A 1/3 scale hedge maze would be so cool but a lot of work to create. It can go on the list with the 1/3 scale Eva as stuff less likely to be made for DDs but still would be really cool to see.

No Rei in the lab researching a way of reversing the damage of Second Impact? Darn.

They look like they are about to be assaulted by alien tentacle creatures!

I didn't know this was THAT kind of gallery...
