Buying from Japan doll accessory sites

What is the best way to buy something from a Japanese doll accessory website like Dollce or TCdoll for an international buyer (North America)?

 

I'm guessing they don't ship international. Is a buying service required? If so, any suggestions on which ones are good?

Dollce only ships to Japan. You'll need a proxy for them. Japonica and FromJapan are two that I'm using.

I got my Out of Base M02 head for Homura from Dollce, using Rinkya as my proxy. Admittedly the fees were a bit high, but the process was completely painless otherwise.
