Favorite anime-style artists

Do any of you have favorite artists? I sure do! In fact, all of my future girls are planned off of art (usually eroge art ). Here's a list of mine. I hope everyone shares and we can all discover some great new artists!

 

My top favorite is Carnelian. She does gorgeous work and I've wanted to make a Suzuna DD for years. You can look her up on http://danbooru.donmai.us or http://oreno.imouto.org to see some pictures. Neither site is really safe for work. As an example, here's a picture of my beautiful girl.

 

 

I also love Misato Mitsumi's (she did ToHeart2 as well!) earlier work. In particular, I love Mizuki!

 

 

Gayarou is an old favorite of mine, and I'd love to make a Kousaka Alice MDD. She's the one with the long twintails. We have another suigetsu fan about, don't we? ^^

 

 

Other artists I look up somewhat regularly include Tinkerbell, dmyotic, Moekibara Fumitake (Mashiro's character design), Ueda Ryo and Coupy2. What about you guys?

CLAMP!!!!!! My all time, most favorite, OMG look at that line work, group. I looooove their work.

I'm a big fan of Shinya Hasegawa - character designer for Eva, Utena, Sailor Moon... really graphic, angular and bold designs. Utena especially had a big influence on my art growing up. Check it out -

I love the designs of Utena! My favorite artist is actually Naoko Takeuchi-sensei, the creator of Sailor Moon.

I love Utena! I also love CLAMP!

I'm sure I won't be the last to say it, but Tony Taka. His aesthetic is exactly in line with what I like, especially the way he colors and shades, and the way he softens his outlines. His costume designs don't hurt either, haha.

I do love Tony! Basically all of my favorite artists do eroge art.
