Ninja headband project! (headband from anime Naruto)

So my fiancé is a engineer and he has started a little project of his own for are dolls.

 

after work he stayed on a bit with a work mate and they wrote a program for a machine at work and made this!

 

as you can see it is a Naruto headband plate from (village hidden in the sand) Suna.

 

Showing its size is my lovely Gaara (Obitsu 60 boy)

This is stage one they will be working out the rest of the details over time when they can. and once complete I will be making the band its self.

 

hope to make them for all are girls once it is fully ready ^^

Maybe you should mass produce with volks symbol one day

Yes he showed the design of the leaf symbol (we have a real one here ) and he's mate said that the design should be possible to make but they must try it first.

 

they hope to make the studs on the headbands with one being a hole so we can attach the plate. I have been thing and looking at fabric and so on and I think making the middle part of the band have a bauble layer of fabric so to pad the vinyl with white and then the rest be the colour of choice so the girls (or boys) will not get stained.
