where do you store DD outfit?

hi everyone, my girl have more n more outfit and they r all kept in their plastic that came with it. was wondering how and where u all kept ur girl outfit.

I still keep ALL of my Volks clothing in the original bags they come packaged in. They take up more room that way but I'm a collector at heart so I can't get rid of them! So I store them in those large plastic bins that are designed to slide underneath a bed. Here's a shot of the ones I have with just clothing and accessories in them at the end of the spare bed:

And I keep all my wigs and spare parts like extra busts and hands in the tall plastic drawers seen on the left side of the photo here:

I really like using these containers because it keeps the clothing nice and flat so it doesn't get all wrinkled up. It also lets me divide outfits up by who makes them. I keep all my Volks stuff in one bin and the others have different stuff like Alices Collections and Nightfall, etc. in them.

I use a large makeup case(sometimes called a train case), but I have a MDD She only has one outfit right now and a few accessories, so it works great. I'm going to have to up grade when her closet grows.

I keep Rika's and my other bjds' clothes together in either plastic drawers like Baldylox uses or a latchtop flat bin. The nicer outfits go into the slimmer bins so they don't get too wrinkled or bunched up, but the basic clothes all get tossed up in the drawers. I separate everything by tops, bottoms, shoes, socks and underwear, and sizes so things are easier to find. My tons of eyes are kept in a bead box that separates them, and my wigs are kind of in limbo, pending a new storage plan. Rika's fluffier Dollheart outfits are also in limbo pending a solution to the large, puffy skirt problem. :/ It's not perfect, but it works for now, and a trip to Ikea will hopefully alleviate problems soon.

I have one of those under-bed bins for outfits, and a set of Ikea Alex drawers for random small bits, shoes and socks, underwear, and lots of wigs. I love the shallow Alex drawers because it's great for finding your things, but the downside is that the notched drawer 'handle' permits some dust to enter. One of these days I'll mod it to fix that
