Bouncing_Tigger Posted March 31, 2014 Finally this endless winter seems to be breaking down. It was so sunny today we just had to take some outdoor pics and then decided to make a short story. Charlotte: Mama? Yes dear? Charlotte: Can I go outside today? Well, I know that it looks nice out, but it is still cold! Charlotte: But the sun is shining! Please? OK, but not for too long! Charlotte: LOOK! There’s still lots of snow… Charlotte: …but I think I found some FLOWERS!!!! Charlotte: OOoooo. They ARE flowers! Charlotte: They are soooo pretty! Please can I pick some? No, Sweetie! I’m sorry but if you pick them they will die! They are called “Snow Drops” and they start to grow under the snow. As soon as the snow melts, they bloom! Mama loved the flowers a lot because they are some that she's always wanted to see growing. We have only seen them in gardening catalogs before. She loves seeing all sorts of plants and wish that we could have a lovely big garden, but since she and Ringo have a severe sun allergy it just isn't possible. We all hope that if you have more outdoor adventures that your mama can take lots of pictures so we can travel along with you! It is nice to meet you and I'm glad you liked my flowers. They were really pretty and just the right size for me!! I was happy and warm wearing my new camp blanket. Mama and Da have ones just like it and they said we will all be wearing them around the campfires this summer...if summer ever get here!!
