I like her hair too, it will work well with the colors and styles of steampunk stuff. I hope you can find the other stuff you're looking for soon! The outfit she's wearing in this photoshoot is just a casual uniform, but I think the shirt and vest (in an L bust it seems an underbust corset) could be recycled and used in a steampunk coord.
