Does doll boxes has a value on?

I have a friend of mine who's interested with the box of Rina, does it even has a worth? Compared to other DD boxes some DD has a special kind of box not the usual yellow one.

If it were me, I'd be more likely to get a doll that came with a box than one that didn't, as far as fullset girls are involved. I think we've talked about it before and concluded that in general, no, they don't really have a "value", but some collectors do value them, like I do.

I see then, for collectors how does a box would cost? price would be different from the standard yellow box than like with DD Rina, Melty, Cirno and other DD box right?

I don't think doll boxes on their own really have a set value. The market for buying boxes only is very small because it's not a common scenario when someone want's to buy just the box.

 

I would say that it's a buyers market, if someone wants to buy it, they will tell you how much they are willing to pay for it and you should probably just go with it because chances of finding another buyer is pretty slim.

I guess, I just saw DD Kiriha and Sendo Erika's box for sale few years ago. That was the only time I saw a box being sold. I guess I'll just ask my friend about the box

the box is worth whatever someone wants to pay for it. i think there is someone here willing to pay 150 bucks a for a saber lily box
