Has anyone received a reply from SQ labs lately?

Hi everyone!

 

I have a question about SQ labs!

I am wondering if anyone here has been able to establish communication with them within the last couple months or so? I've read in some other posts that they sometimes go through periods of bad communication.. and I am wondering if I'm just super unlucky and this is one of them? D:

 

I sent them two emails, but am still waiting for a response. I can see that they are also selling their heads on Yahoo!Auctions, and items are being consistently re-listed, so I've come to the conclusion that they are still active.

I know that I could just buy the head off Y!J, but the head I want (tachibana) doesn't have a listing that includes a face up x.x

 

So I'm wondering if I am simply being impatient, or if they have stopped conducting business or something? :S

Unfortunately, this is a known problem with SQLab..

They go completely off the grid sometimes, and then all of a sudden you get a reply like "reply late, sorry!"

All you can do really is try and try again and be patient.

I suppose I don't have any other choice than to wait it out... Hopefully they reply soon!

I bought a head and some eyes from them three or four months ago, so they might just be back logged with orders right now. They might take priority with YAJ sales than they do with their own website.
