monkeybucks Posted April 29, 2014 Hello! I've just joined the forum, so thought I'd introduce myself to you all My name is Annabelle, and I'm from New Zealand (any other kiwis on the forum?). Although I'm new to this forum, I've been interested in dolls for years. I first became interested in resin ABJDs over six years ago, and spent a long time trying to save for one - but unfortunately, it always seemed like an impossible goal, and I gave up and spent a few years away from the hobby. These days, I live and work in Japan (so I'm also interested to hear from other forum members in Japan!). A couple of days ago I was wandering around the shops in my town, and happened to see a sign for a Volks store. I suddenly remembered my old passion for dolls, and headed in to take a look. Needless to say, the obsession is back! I'm still wondering if my first purchase should be a DD or a resin doll, but right now, Ranko is looking irresistible. Unfortunately I can't go to Dolpa in Tokyo, but I'm wondering if I should try my luck at my local store's after event... Anyway! ^^; That's my story.
