Original dynamite body?

Recommended Posts

laurenk418

I'm thinking of purchasing one, and I'd like to know if there are any known problems with it?

I can't even find the original dynamite body on the volks jp site, all results give me options for the III version. If the only issue is limited mobility compared to the III counterpart then I'll happily purchase it.

They are definitely a bit less poseable than the DDdyIII -- the arms and knees can't bend as much as the newer version -- but I'm not aware of any significant breakage issues.

I have an original Dynamite girl (that is, using the II frame instead of the III; there was no strung DDDy). I haven't gotten to handle DDDyIII that much, but it seems the hips in particular are a bit more flexible--not that that's saying much, as the hips are definitely one of the more restricted posing areas on the first DDDy. Not sure if this is due to the frame design or softer outer vinyl however. The elbows are also not as strong compared to a III frame, and that holds true for the DDII as well as the first DDDy.

In this household, sanity is considered a tresspasser.

Thanks so much for the feedback! I usually try and research things for myself but it was particularly hard to find any sort of body reviews or comparisons for this one. I don't mind less mobility so I'll definitely be saving towards one now. I was just worried about any major issues such as the cracking in the DD III body.

Thank you!! I have a feeling she'll be sold out by the time I can afford to pay for her, though

The one you originally linked me to is already sold out

Thanks! I actually found that one myself whilst searching manda for dddy related stuff.

Still, I'm sure someone faster than me will snap her up ^^;

I hope you don't mind but I was browsing through your flickr and I must say your wig tutorial is very impressive!

Your OC project is impressive overall! I hope I can achieve the same kind of quality with my own project.

I have alot of things I won't be able to do by myself though - I may end up asking you for help if thats okay I think I'll only let myself browse the site when I have money on hand!
