The wig I bought it on mint on card for a msd size resin doll I used to have. The wig is size 7-8. But it has some kind of elastic all around so it stretches and fits perfectly. The wig is an Angel studio wig. Here is the link to the wig. The secret is the 7-8' size, because if is 8-9', it is not the result I'm looking for. The shortest 8-9' wig she has is this fur wig with cat ears attached and is longer than the result of your experimets so I definetly follow your advice.
