Volks June Collection 2014 - June 14th

Just thought in case people don't know Volks has announced the June collection for this year and it's happening next weekend!

Personally I'm not wowed but still some nice sets there. Feels a little less than usual but that wouldn't surprise me given how much they have to produce over the next few months.

 

I imagine the next Dollfies will be announced at the end of this month

I like the Starry Hooded Dress Set and the Active Girl Set. It's strange DD or DDS isn't mentioned for some of these sets.

Yeah, I'm liking the Starry Hoodie set for one reason.... those denim shorts!

Is it just me or do they look exactly like the shorts from the set Kanu models that is always so expensive? I think it's the Fiesty Girl set? This one:

Regardless, I don't have the money this time around to go after anything. Timing has been bad for me the past few releases damn it.

Wow, the casual DD sets are basically recolors of the lace-up top set and argyle cardigan set. I was lucky enough to get both so I'll pass, but it's nice that some popular styles are returning for this summer

The difference with the active girl set is that it fits small busts. That said, I really want Miku's boots (･･')

Time to prepare for the click war orz

The recolor of the lace-up set is pretty cute, and Miku looks awesome in it! Will probably pass though since I spent quite a bit at Phoenix Comicon when I'm really supposed to be on a spending freeze. ^^; Maybe if this does well we'll see another in a color I like more, like blue or or brown. (I'd be so so dead if they did a version with brown!)

There's a much of stuff I'm looking forward to. I hope I'll get a good number of them! I'm a sucker for wedding gowns.

There are a couple things I might be interested in here! The wedding dress is very nice looking, might try for it. (new girl coming in and need one or two more outfits).

I have a question though! Does SD13 Boys/SDGr Boys shoes fit the dollfie dream's feet? I know some of the outfits can fit them, but I'm not too sure about the shoes as I'm interested in trying for the boots.

There isn't a huge amount of stuff I'm interested in this time but I will try for a couple of things and maybe use spreading the cost of shipping as an excuse to buy some body parts so my girls can actually wear all the lovely clothes I keep buying

Yup, or at least whatever time it says on the web site. It's a click war, so you have to be prepared Make sure you're already logged in before the clock hits 12.

Yay! I actually managed to get something from a click war! I missed out on the 'going on a date sets'... ;_; but I did get the Starry/Hoodie Dress set and the Smile/Hoodie Set. I'm a sucker for anything with stars so I'm pretty happy overall. ^_^

I managed to snag Going on a Date Active Girl Set for myself. I have been KICKING myself for missing out on the Lace-Up Set, so I was SO EXCITED to see another color variant of this outfit. SO EXCITED, YOU CAN'T POSSIBLE UNDERSTAND!!!

 

I also grabbed the Going on a Date Feminine Style Set, although I'm not 100% on that set. I'll have to see how I feel once it arrives. I also grabbed the Starry / Hooded Dress Set for misskale, 'cuz she's awesome.

I also got the Idol @ School (M) which was in stock for some reason. I'm really happy to get those shoes

I fell asleep and missed everything again....oh well maybe I will manage to stay awake and win the click war next time

I got rather lucky. I was able to grab both Date sets, a wedding dress, and a pair of shoes.

I didn't get anything because I'm too slow. Maybe next time.

FWIW, the jean shorts on the star set are identical to the feisty girl shorts except the underside of the straps are lined with fabric with pale blue stars on it instead of it being a solid color.

Anyone know when volksusa plans to sell this collection? It's all listed right now but shown out of stock l. Wasn't sure if its now sold at the same time as volks intl or if they're going to announce it soon? The pink lace up is just darling!

FWIW it's been like that for quite a while, I saw it like that last week at least. I couldn't find an announcement anywhere saying that they made them available for sale though.

They haven't announced it on their Facebook page yet, that seems to be the main channel lately. Some folks asked about it on FB comments and they haven't answered yet. I suspect it will be an upcoming Saturday, since this past weekend was a US holiday.
