I ordered from Volks on Tuesday, and it took them over a day to refund my money for an item that was out of stock. I was able to get a set an hour later, I'm really just waiting for them to cancel the order and give me a refund. You got a set? I hope so and it is not an empty promise where they contact you tomorrow saying you didn't get it. Cauldroness, That is great you were able to go through Volks International. I'm feeling glad I got my must-haves through Sakura Sylph a while back, it ended up paying off today. galatia9 Posted July 20, 2014 My cart showed as empty several times after "resource limit reached" and refreshing, plus it logged me out, but signing back in showed the stuff was still in my cart. I was only getting one limited item though, the suede blouson jacket for SD17. Looks like I got it, plus the DDS body and option parts I wanted. I think it took about 45 minutes total. This might be the first time I participated in a click war for clothing items, though I have gone for lottery dolls before. But lottery dolls don't have the same kind of time limits! Things were probably WAY more congested than usual because three events were going on at one time! Call me crazy... but I haven't gotten any notice yet (cancelation or shipment) and usually for a Saturday release they do them around Monday night right? Barf... Cauldroness Posted July 31, 2014 I think they're looking for a signed packing slip -- whoever packed your order should have checked off each item as they placed it in your box. If some items are checked and some are not, then that indicates that some items that should have been packed were not. Alternately, if your packing slip shows only the items you received, and your invoice (order confirmation email) shows more items, then there was a screw-up when they printed your packing slip. Lastly, the photos of the items are confirmation for Volks that you actually know what you did receive and aren't mis-identifying items (our company's Order Services are across the hall from me, and many customers call to complain that their order is missing X, when in reality they did receive X and just thought X was bigger / smaller / looked different / etc.).
