A big hello from Texas!

I was shown this forum yesterday and I decided I had to get on!

 

A little bit about my doll history. I've been a life long doll collector starting with Barbie and American Girl dolls. About 5 years ago I started collecting BJDs, haven fallen in love with their beautiful sculpts and how pose-able they were. Then in 2009 Volks released DD Beat Angel Escalayer and I immediately fell in love with DDs. I currently have five DDs in total with hopes of adding more later on.

 

I love designing clothes for them although finding the time between work and school can be difficult. I really enjoy looking at custom DDs and I one day hope to own a custom DD myself. I'll see you around the forums!

Thank you so much! I hope to start making some couture gowns and outfits for my girls but the time involved is a bit crazy. But I do have a dress in the works right now. Hopefully it'll be done soon and I can post some pictures of it. My current DD crew includes Escalayer, Yoko, Moe I, Mashiro, and Mari.

I did get Escalayer since I am a fan of the show and game she's from. My girls tend to fit whatever character I feel like at a given time. That's what I love about them.

I finished high school a while back now. Right now I'm going back to college. I completed my BS and I'm going back to work on an associates degree to improve my portfolio, which will hopefully include some of the clothes made for my girls!
