mitsuki Posted January 3, 2011 My family visited San Antonio which is about 2.5 hours away from Corpus Christi. A very colorful bench in El Mercado Texans love their horses. The sign on the lamp post says "Merry Christmas." The lights and holiday decorations haven't been taken down yet. This is what I wanted to get when we were in San Antonio. It is a drink called "agua fresca." This shop sells lemonade and watermelon flavors. My favorite is the watermelon agua fresca. The dog puppet in the center of the photo is very much like the real life Siberian Husky I know who never holds still. I had to get one photo of Haruka pretending to drink a beer in Texas. A snake design in the tiles The giant box of noodles is the exact same brand we use to make a dish called fideo. My mom was excited to see it. The dish consists of stir fried vericelli simmered with tomato sauce, garlic, bleepin, chili, and other spices. San Antonio is famous for its Irish pubs - I mean its River Walk. The path extends along the San Antonio River and is lined with shops and restaurants. There are lots of fountains and other water features along the River Walk. It was a bit cloudy out. The sun would come out sometimes. The famous Alamo in the background Boats carry tourists on the river. An interesting looking tree Thank you for looking. See you later. I would have bought that and shaved off the bottle opener part to make it a better looking beer prop for Manami. Haruka looks like a rock star in her sunglasses! I laughed pretty hard at that picture... it's too cool! I am sending this post to my Mom just so she can see that awesome horse statue! That thing is killer! That interesting tree is a Baobob tree. They're all over Hawaii in Waikiki. Super neat looking root systems on them. Again, great photos Mitsuki! Keep them coming! I got Yuki's everyday wear set when I preordered Yuki. Now you can find the outfit being sold for ridiculous prices on the secondary market. I recall seing pics of it but I know I didn't see any while I was in Japan. Was this another preorder like the Touhou girls were? mitsuki Posted January 6, 2011 It was a pre-order at the same time as the Touhou girls. I expect to see some posts of girls drinking with that set starting in February on figure.fm.
