Thespian Posted February 27, 2015 How long have they been out of stock for the heads, surely just a couple of months?(please don't say it's been over half a year... ) They haven't been sold out for very long, I don't think. Maybe a month or two? Even if they don't have a restock schedule, they're pretty good about keeping up with demand. Especially since the 06 head is so popular right now. Just keep an eye on it, it shouldn't be too much longer before some popular items come back up! They do come up every now and then for a reasonable price... anything under 10k would be reasonable given how uncommon it is still... but anything more than that unpainted is outright larceny. I really want to snag an 09, but the character I have in mind for her would look really nice in SWS, instead of normal. I would also hate to buy her now at the current market price, and then have Volks pull what they did with the 07 head last year. I don't remember it being mentioned before, but it was announced in the recent Volks News for the Hometown Dolpa Kyoto 12 items. SakuraSylph listed the things mentioned in the Volks News: Interesting points from Volks News: The Dollpoint heads are being released in Semi-White (Head-08, Head-09, eyes open/closed). SS Bust is being released standard. Unitorso parts are being released standard for 10,000 yen. NS and SWS, from SS up to L Shapely. Kirika's ear parts are removable. (I would like extra pairs. Several of them. ) Kirika comes with both her long dress outfit and her short skirt / absolute territory outfit. Both in blue since the top is reused. Kirika's swimsuit is being released as an alternate outfit. The new Dolpa rules are covered in the front of the book, as we figured. The regular clothes are a whole bunch of normal-looking outfits for the upcoming releases, plus only a couple fancier ones. I'd describe them, but honestly nothing beats pictures when it comes to clothes. Unfortunately the 08 & 09 heads are still exclusive to the Volks Akihabara Dollpoint shop, but at least we now have these heads in Semi-White I'm really hoping that maybe next year they will make them standard and put something else in its place to be exclusive at Dollpoint, but that's just wishful thinking on my part hehe.
