i don't know if this question have been asked before but is it possible for a DDS thigh to be put on DDIII body?

They use the same inner frame, so yes. There is a thread about it that shows it fits. The joint isn't quite as snug as a proper sized leg, but it does work. If they're covered by outfits it's fine, anyway.
